Welcome to The Doghouse! I believe pet care should be straightforward, comfortable, and full of love. Here's everything you need to know about my services, pricing, and booking policies before your bestie and I become besties.

THE RATE CARD

House Sitting — Starting at $65/night

Overnight care in your home, where your pets can enjoy their familiar routines and favorite sleeping spots.

• Standard rate: $65 per night

• Additional dog: +$39 per night

• Puppy (under 1 year): $72 per night

• Holiday rate: $78 per night for the first dog

Drop-In Visits — Starting at $38/visit

A little company, a potty break, fresh water, meals, and plenty of attention while you're away.

• 30-minute visit: $38

• 60-minute visit: $59

• Additional dog: +$23 per visit

• Puppy visit: $42

• Holiday 30-minute visit: $48

Dog Walking — Starting at $35/walk

Fresh air, sniff breaks, exercise, and a little adventure for your four-legged bestie.

• 30-minute walk: $35

• 60-minute walk: $55

• Additional dog: +$21 per walk

• Puppy walk: $39

• Holiday 30-minute walk: $44

All rates are in USD. Additional services and applicable charges are displayed during booking. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed reservations will honor their agreed pricing.

HOLIDAY RATES

Even the goodest dogs have holiday plans.

Holiday pricing applies to services scheduled on designated holiday dates, including:

• New Year's Day — January 1

• Martin Luther King Jr. Day — Third Monday in January

• Presidents' Day — Third Monday in February

• Memorial Day — Last Monday in May

• Juneteenth — June 19

• Independence Day — July 4

• Labor Day — First Monday in September

• Columbus Day / Indigenous Peoples' Day — Second Monday in October

• Veterans Day — November 11

• Thanksgiving Day — Fourth Thursday in November

• Christmas Day — December 25

Holiday surcharges for standard 30-minute services are $10 for Drop-In Visits and $9 for Dog Walking. House Sitting holiday pricing starts at $78 per night.

Holiday pricing applies only to the designated dates unless a specific booking states otherwise. For overnight reservations, applicable holiday charges are reflected in the booking total.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

All reservations are subject to availability.

Full payment is required upfront to secure a reservation. A booking is confirmed once payment has been completed and the applicable booking requirements have been satisfied.

For first-time House Sitting clients, a complimentary Meet & Greet is required before the stay. This allows me to meet your pets, learn their routines, review home instructions, and make sure we're a great fit.

A Meet & Greet does not independently reserve overnight dates.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Plans change. I get it.

• 3 or more days before your scheduled service: Receive a full refund.

• Less than 3 days before your scheduled service: 30% of the booking total is nonrefundable. The remaining 70% is eligible for a refund.

• After care has begun: Unused services are nonrefundable.

• If I need to cancel: You'll receive a full refund for services I cannot provide.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, subject to payment processor timelines.

RESCHEDULING

Need to move your appointment? Please make changes as early as possible.

Rescheduling is subject to availability. Changes requested less than 3 days before a scheduled service may be treated as a cancellation and new booking under the cancellation policy.

Any difference in service pricing will be communicated before the change is finalized.

PET CARE & SAFETY

Your pet's well-being comes first.

Please provide accurate information about your pet's feeding schedule, medications, medical conditions, behavior, allergies, and any special care requirements.

Pets must be current on applicable vaccinations and appropriate flea/tick prevention.

For House Sitting, I require home access instructions, an emergency contact, and veterinary information before care begins. Pets may be left unattended for reasonable periods of up to six hours, depending on their documented care needs and our agreed schedule.

I reserve the right to decline services when a pet's needs or behavior fall outside what I can safely accommodate.

EMERGENCIES

If your pet needs urgent medical attention, I'll make reasonable efforts to contact you and your emergency contact.

If immediate care is necessary and you cannot be reached, I may contact your designated veterinarian or an emergency veterinary provider in accordance with the authorization provided during booking.

Pet owners remain responsible for veterinary expenses.

SERVICE AREA

The Doghouse provides local pet care services in the Georgetown, Leander, Cedar Park, Round Rock, and surrounding areas, subject to availability and travel distance.

House Sitting and Drop-In Visits take place at the client's home. Dog Walking takes place near the client's home or another agreed, appropriate location.

I do not currently offer boarding or daycare in my own home.

Booking a service means you agree to provide accurate pet and household information, follow the applicable booking terms, and communicate any changes that could affect your pet's care.

My goal is simple: happy pets, comfortable humans, and absolutely no guessing games.
