Service Description
The celebration was fabulous. The cleanup? Leave that to me. The Full Cleanup is designed for larger decorating projects involving multiple areas, such as Christmas trees, mantels, staircases, entryways, tablescapes, and other seasonal displays. I'll carefully take down your decorations, pack them using your available storage containers, and leave the decorated areas tidy. Includes standard takedown and packing for a larger, agreed-upon decorating project. Additional labor is $45 per hour when approved in advance. Storage containers and supplies are not included. This service does not include general housecleaning, event trash removal, roof work, or high exterior lighting.
Cancellation Policy
**HOUSE OF MERRY | BOOKING POLICY** **Booking & Payment** Full payment is required at the time of booking. All service fees are non-refundable. By booking, you agree to House of Merry's Service Agreement and applicable booking terms. **Decorations & Materials** Decorations, supplies, sourcing services, and applicable travel fees are additional unless expressly included in your selected service. Any additional purchases must remain within your approved budget. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** All payments are final. Cancellations, missed appointments, and unused service time are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. **Service Scope** Bookings cover only the service and duration selected. Additional time, decorating areas, or services may incur additional charges and require separate approval. **Property Access & Safety** Clients must provide safe access to the service location and any decorations or supplies needed for the appointment. House of Merry does not provide roof work, high exterior lighting installation, or other hazardous installations. **Service Agreement** Clients must complete the House of Merry Service Agreement before services begin. House of Merry reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when required booking conditions are not met.
