Cancellation Policy

**Reservations & Payment** Full payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and the booking has been accepted. **Cancellations & Refunds** Cancellations made at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled service start time are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service start time, 30% of the total booking amount is nonrefundable. The remaining 70% will be refunded. **Pet Health & Safety** All pets must be current on applicable vaccinations and flea/tick prevention. Owners must disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, behavioral concerns, or special care requirements before their scheduled service. **Home Access & Care Instructions** For services provided in the client's home, accurate access instructions, feeding schedules, emergency contacts, and relevant care information must be provided before the visit. **Additional Pets & Pricing** All pets requiring care must be included in the reservation. Additional pet fees, holiday rates, and other applicable charges will be reflected in the booking total or communicated for approval before additional charges are made. **Emergencies** If an emergency occurs and the owner cannot be reached, I may contact the designated veterinarian or an emergency veterinary provider when reasonably necessary. The pet owner is responsible for veterinary expenses. **Acknowledgment** By completing a reservation with The Doghouse, you acknowledge and agree to these booking policies.
